1. About Runway
Runway is a platform. Vendors sell their own products, and independent riders carry out deliveries. Runway takes and processes your order and payment on their behalf.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older and give accurate details. You’re responsible for activity on your account, so keep your login private and tell us if you think it’s been misused.
3. Placing orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy from the vendor. The order is confirmed when the vendor accepts it. Item availability, prices and preparation times are set by vendors and may change.
4. Sending parcels
You’re responsible for describing and packing your parcel properly. Parcels must fit the courier bag and meet our size and weight limits shown in the app.
- No illegal, dangerous or hazardous items
- No cash, jewellery or other high-value items unless the app offers cover for them
- No live animals or perishable items that need special handling
- Riders may refuse a parcel that looks unsafe or doesn’t match its description
5. Prices and payment
You’ll see the full price, including delivery and any service fee, before you pay. Payment is taken when your order is confirmed.
6. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel before a vendor accepts your order at no cost. After that, a fee may apply if preparation or pickup has started. If something is missing, wrong or damaged, report it in the app within 24 hours and we’ll review it.
7. Riders and vendors
Riders and vendors are independent businesses, not Runway employees. Separate partner terms apply to them.
8. Acceptable use
Please treat riders, vendors and support staff with respect. We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or misuse of promotions.
9. Our liability
We take care to run Runway reliably, but we’re not responsible for delays outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll tell you in the app before significant changes take effect.
