Runway for everyone

How we make the app and website easier to use, and how to tell us when something isn’t.

Last updated 12 October 2026

Draft for legal review

We want everyone to be able to order, send and track deliveries with Runway, whatever their abilities or the device they use.

1. Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across our website and apps, and we test new features with accessibility in mind.

2. What we do

  • Readable text with strong colour contrast
  • Full keyboard navigation and visible focus on the website
  • Labels for screen readers such as VoiceOver and TalkBack
  • Support for larger system text sizes
  • Touch targets of at least 44 pixels
  • Reduced motion when your device asks for it

3. Known limitations

Some vendor photos may not yet have text descriptions, and the live map is easier to follow visually. Order status is always also shown as text.

4. Other ways to get help

If you have trouble placing an order, contact support in the app or email us, and we’ll help you complete it.

5. Feedback

If something is hard to use, please tell us at accessibility@runway.ng. We aim to reply within two working days.
